Producer


Stainless Games needs an experienced Games Producer.

 

Responsibility:

  • Supervise and coordinate production of games on a number of platforms
  • Take responsibility for final quality, planning, timing and budget of production and ensure that such objectives are met
  • Ensure that Game production methods are known and used by all team members.
  • Establish a project’s scope and milestones
  • Mentors Associate Producers/ leads/ team on key project management areas of scheduling, budget, quality, communication and time management
  • Take responsibility for working relationships with our publishing partner and their producers
  • Help develop and evolve new and existing production methodologies
  • Reports to the Creative Director and Production Director about all aspects of the project in order to execute the project's production
  • Directly responsible for management and inspiration of the design team on a day to day basis

 

Knowledge:

 

  • Good working knowledge of Video Games and also, understanding of how game software is made
  • Knowledge of game production tools and production pipeline
    The ability to identify and manage potential issues at both a micro and macro level
  • Problem solver
  • Remains focused, motivated and effective on all tasks through completion
  • Skilled in the use of MS Project or similar scheduling tools

 
Qualifications:

  • Produced at least 2 products from conception to code release. Ideally Digitally released products on Consoles
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized and analytical in decision making
  • Self motivated and able to complete tasks with little supervision to the highest degree. Quality counts!

 

Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK, full-time from Stainless’ offices on the Isle of Wight, off the south coast of England.
